Refund Eligibility
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects or damage.
However, we want to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase, and we will do everything we can to ensure your happiness. If you experience any issues with your purchase (i.e. your product arrives defective or damaged) please contact us within 14 days of receipt at info@foragebeauty.com to initiate a refund or replacement request. We will gladly work with you to make things right.
Refund Process
To process your request, you will need to provide proof of purchase and photos of the defective or damaged item. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is deemed defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
Forage Beauty does not accept returns for used products, items damaged by misuse, or products purchased from unauthorized retailers. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
